We reserve the right to share your information with these third parties, in order to provide you related services, or when it is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, respond to claims, or protect the rights, property or safety of our company, employees, customers, or the public.

Enterprise, Internal, and Legal Applications Data
For users of our enterprise, legal, and internal management applications (including PowerDesk, RazorLex, and RazorSign), we may collect additional operational data necessary to provide the service. This includes, but is not limited to: corporate login credentials, timesheet logs, expense report details, desk and travel booking information, legal matter metadata, and digital signature documentation. This internal and enterprise data is utilized strictly for facilitating your organization's requested workflows, verifying authentication, and processing document lifecycles. We do not sell, rent, or share this enterprise data with non-associated third-party marketers.

Due to the nature of our mailing system, it may take six to eight weeks after removal from our mailing list to completely stop receiving mail.
