How does the Free Trial work?
Trial is completely free for one week and all features are enabled during the trial.
No credit card information nor any commitment required to get started. If at the
end of your trial you can upgrade to any of the Appointment Manager Pro plans suiting
on your needs.
Do I need to choose a plan now?
No. You get the full featured, unlimited version of our app completely free for
one week or five team member plans. We encourage you to use the free trial with
your team to get a better understanding before you sign-up.
Is there any Setup Fees?
None. There is no setup Fees. No Monthly Charges. No other hidden fees.
Who owns my data?
You own the complete data you have entered in your app. You can download all of
your information from the app at any time, no matter what pro plan you choose. Even
after expiry of your account, you can still log in to the application for upto 30
days from your expiry and download your data. Your data will be deleted only after
30 days of expiry.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can switch between our paid plans, or cancel your account altogether,
whenever you like. We will adjust any payments for any plan change and in case of
cancellation of your account we will not charge you next year.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payments through Paypal. All MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express
are accepted. However, you do not need to provide any card details to start your
free trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. We do not bind you with any contracts nor we charge any cancellation
fees. You can cancel your account whenever you want and we will not charge you after
one year of your completion. All payments are non-refundable.
Need to have more than 5 users?
Additional users can be added by paying US$ 12/user/year. You can send us a request
on
support@markmydiary.com and we will
send you a custom invoice.
Can I change my plan?
You can change your plan any time you want by paying for the new plan. Once you
have made the new payment, your older plan will be replaced with the new plan you
have selected. Payment for the older plan will not be refundable.
